A Night Out In Sleepy Hollow
Join us for this special Irvington tradition where you will hear haunted tales from the Irvington Halloween Festival writing contest winners and watch a special performance from the witches of Irvington! Plus, what Halloween is complete without a reading of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow? All ages are welcome at the event and no tickets are required!
Snug will be providing beverages for the evening in Irving Circle Park. The pub will be open just up the block from the park and we will have a Tarot reader doing live readings inside! There’s something for everyone during October in Irvington!
Irvington was named for Washington Irving (born April 3, 1783, died November 28, 1859), an American short story writer, historian, and diplomat of the early 19th century. He is best known for the short stories “Rip Van Winkle" (1819) and “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” (1820).
