Join the Snug Whiskey Club this Sunday, August 16th at 2pm or 4:30pm for an incredible opportunity to hear from one of the finest blenders in Ireland, Dave McCabe, Master Blender for Irish Distillers, Pernod Ricard.
Dave will be joining us live via Zoom for this interactive tasting event and sharing stories from the heart of Irish whiskey-making. Irish Distillers is home to celebrated expressions such as Midleton Very Rare, Redbreast, Jameson, the Spot Whiskeys, Method and Madness, and Powers. For this tasting Dave will discuss the recasking process and explain how different finishing casks influence aroma, texture, and the final flavor profile.

The education and tasting portion runs about 90 minutes and will be led in-person by Jim Arnoldt, with Dave joining live from Ireland. After the guided tasting, guests will have roughly 30 minutes to enjoy a pint and purchase any bottles they’d like.
