For FROZEN February we’ll be featuring the Pearse Distiller’s Choice 7yr Irish Whiskey for just $5 a pour.

This 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey is a carefully crafted blend of grain and malt, predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a touch of Sherry-barrel-aged spirit added for depth.

On the nose you’ll find bright citrus and dried fruit; on the palate it offers light oak, green grape, caramelized pear, cocoa and more dried fruit, finishing warmly with stewed apple, clove and custard. 43% ABV.
