Stop by the SNUG this week to try our exclusive trio of whiskey-infused chocolates by J. Evelyn Confections. In 2025 we teamed up with J. Evelyn to craft a whiskey-and-chocolate pairing flight that complemented our featured pours and introduced a delightful range of flavors; for 2026 Jim wondered if we could get the whiskey into the chocolate as well as the glass. Head chocolatier Jayne Hoadley happily took on the challenge — and exceeded our expectations. The bites are stunning in both flavor and design, each one carefully balanced to highlight the spirits they contain.

The chocolate-and-whiskey flight features three chocolates with whiskey-infused centers, paired with three half-pours of the corresponding whiskeys. Here’s your 2026 line-up:

  • Redbreast 12 — Single Pot Still, Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish

  • Redbreast 15 — Single Pot Still, Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish

  • Redbreast Lustau — Single Pot Still, Bourbon and Lustau Sherry Cask Finish

This gorgeous flight is just $35 and available only this week. We hope it lasts through Valentine’s Day, but quantities are limited. J. Evelyn Confections is a woman-owned, award-winning chocolatier based in Greenfield, Indiana — just east of Irvington — and we’re thrilled to partner with them again.
